1.1. We ship worldwide.

2. Shipping Rates:

2.1. Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method during the checkout process.

• Shipping is free anywhere in Canada & US, above $50 order. Order will be received within 2-10 days.
• For international orders, for economy delivery a payment of $20 is required. For orders above $150, economy delivery is free.
• Free local delivery will be provided for order worth $100 and up. Order will be received within 1-2 days.

3. Processing Time:
3.1. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed within Vancouver, BC generally ship within 1-2 business days.

4. Delivery Times:
4.1. Estimated delivery times for orders within Canada & US are typically within 2-10 business days. Estimated delivery time for outside of Canada & US is currently 20 business days and up (we are trying to reduce this time).

5. Order Tracking:
5.1. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
5.2. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

6. Shipping Carriers:
6.1. We primarily use Canada Post, UPS, or Sendle for shipping orders.

7. Shipping Address:
7.1. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Modista is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8.1. From time to time, we offer promotions, including free shipping or discounts on shipping costs.
