1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

1.2. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
1.3. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

2. Process for Returns:

- Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable) in your request.

2.2. Return Authorization (RA) Number:
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a unique RA number along with return instructions.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

2.3. Return the Item:
- Carefully package the item and include a copy of the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and the RA number.
- Ship the item to the return address provided with the RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Process for Exchanges:

- Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the desired replacement item in your request.

3.2. Exchange Approval:
- If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the exchange.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

4.1. Upon receiving your returned item(s) in compliance with our policy, we will process your refund or ship the replacement item, as requested.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.3. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

5. Defective Items:

5.1. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt.
5.2. We will guide you through the process of returning the defective item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
